- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horridly overpriced. They increased my rates without telling me in an email.. by the time I got snail mail that told me they had raised the rates by 40$ a month it was too late and the bank had already paid them and this caused an overdraft penalty.... the bank didn't tell me of that until they had racked up a hefty fee for the overdraft penalty...... with the insurance increase and the overdraft it cost me over 200$ I was almost evicted bcz of this. They are economic terrorists and so is Citizens Bank.. don't do business with either of them or any bank owned by The Royal Bank of Scotland.
